滴答网友：您们好,是这样的，我是28-DEC-2006LONDGED SKILLED MIGRATION申请，用的是COOKERY，但是那时我的中介是DAVID姚平正，他建议我用OFFSHORE来递交，因为我的学校正好是SIC,但是我的材料都是真实的，就这样我又续了2年的STUDENT VISA，在境内又待了半年时间，后来换了一个律师接受我的APPLICATION，但是后来决定回国等消息，这期间ASPC的一个MANAGER只和我的律师通过两封邮件，并且只说我的CASE一直INTERNAL CHECKING AND UNDER GOINGING PROCESSING BY THE WORKGROUP,也就是三周以前，律师在我一直询问下给ASPC打电话，那边说直到现在我的APPLICATION都没有ALLOCATED A CASE OFFICER，所以可是直到今天，移民局仍然没有给个说法，真不知道移民局会不会因为我的学校和中介迟迟不给出结果呢？您说我的CASE已经等了快1.5年了，还有什么希望么？而且我人在境外，那么APPEAL的时候还得回到境内吗？最后，我想了解一下，如果我最后决定上诉，拒签理由是学校或者中介您觉得胜算大吗？谢谢您给予中肯的回答！而且我现在手上只有一个FILE NO.在我一直给移民局发ENQUIRE FORM的情况下似乎他们只给出了一个TRACK NO.这个NUMBER对我上网查STATUS有什么帮助吗？还有OFFSHORE SKILLED MIGRATION不能在网上查STATUS么？TRN只提供于ONSHORE APPLICATION么？因为没有TRN是没办法查到STATUS的，不好意思，我的问题可能有点多，不过真的很棘手，希望您能够帮我看看，谢谢了！

我看到你现在正在使用一个律师来处理你的签证申请. 请问他/她是一个澳大利亚注册移民律师协会(MARA)的注册律师吗?如果是, 首先,我相信他/她一定可以帮助你解决这个问题, 和移民局的移民官交流是注册移民律师的基本技能. 其次, 如果你希望我们帮助你, 你需要为你的律师一个手写的声明, 告诉他/她你不再使用他/她的服务.
作为注册移民律师, 我们不能在没有经过以上程序大情况下的从另一个注册律师处接过客户的案例申请.这是MARA注册移民律师行为手册中明令禁止的.

You situation is pretty twisted, because your education providers’ problem and the ex-MARA agent problem.
I can see you are using an agent to dealing with your visa application. Is he/she a MARA registered agent? If yes, first of all, I believe he/ she can help you to deal with this. Communication with DIAC is a basic skill for MARA agent. Second of all, If you want to use our service, you need to give your agent a written notice and terminate the service first.
We can’t take over the work from another MARA agent without the above procedure has been done. This is against the MARA code of conduct.
